The 2021 TOBY & Industry awards were presented on Wednesday, November 18th, 2021 at the Omni Boston Hotel in the Seaport.
Over 600 individuals from the local commercial real estate community gathered to find out who would win a coveted TOBY and/or Industry award. The winners are traditionally kept a secret and announced at the awards.

About the BOMA Boston TOBY & Industry Awards:
Each year, the TOBY & Industry Awards recognize the bst and brightest in property management, building operations and service in the real estate industry. There are 17 categories for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) awards, and 10 categories for the Industry Awards. Since the TOBYs are nationally recognized, the local winners move on to regional competition, and hopefully, International competition.
BOMA Boston has one of the largest local TOBY Awards programs in the nation, with the majority of our membership participating in the process at one stage or another. The awards program is the largest gathering of the BOMA Boston membership, with over 600 attendees.
